Starting a new business or keeping an existing small business afloat is a very daunting task especially in today's economy. Business entrepreneurs make a constant effort to minimize start up costs in order to keep the company breathing long enough to start making profits. One very potent strategy in order to reduce costs is to rent an office instead of buying one. While some critics may argue the buying is generally better than renting, it is not always an ideal option for small and startup businesses.
