Patch Tuesday update causes problem with Internet Explorer

There appears to be an issue with one of updates included with last week's Patch Tuesday security updates. The result is problems for users of IE 6 and IE 7 on both Windows XP and Windows Vista.

I've just taken the Windows Mobile 6.1.4 emulator featuring Internet Explorer 6 for a spin. Conclusion: IE6 on Windows Mobile is better, but Microsoft still has a long way to go to make it brilliant.
