As a result, IT Support providers and freelance system administrators can rely on a cost-efficient assistant which is able to manage 50 customers.Data can be synchronised at the push of a button. Its network-compatibility makes simultaneous usage by many system technicians possible overFilemaker Network or WebBrowser.For each Customer, the assistant can be used to give IT - managers an exact overview of the existing hard- and software structure and to make a thorough controlling possible (e.g. work time, travel costs, expenses).
