BioFET-SIM 1.0.0 (Mobile)

BioFET-SIM simulates the response of nano-wire based FET (Field Effect Transistors) bio-sensors (BioFET). BioFETs sense binding events at their surface by changing their conductance. BioFET-SIM App lets you control the main characteristics of a BioFET setup, such as geometry of the nano-wire, constituting material, semiconducting nature (n, p-type), charge carrier density, Thomas-Fermi length, nature of covering oxide layer, buffer ionic strength as Debye length, and number of charges on its surface and being sensed. The results of the simulation are the change in conductance sensitivity and a graph relative to a change in a user defined variable. The results can be sent by e-mail.
