Commission Calculator works out the maximum commission that can be charged by a real estate agent in QLD, Australia in a sale.Unlike the flat percentages used in other states, the maximum commission on a sale in QLD is more complicated, being calculated as 5% of the first $18,000 plus 2.5% of the balance of the sale price.What an annoying thing to calculate by hand...This app will do it for you.
