DHS Advisory Viewer 1 (Windows)

DHS Advisory Viewer allows the user to view the current Department of Homeland Security threat advisory. It is nothing fancy because it was mainly created as a proof of concept for the Indiana University of Pennsylvania Research Institute. Hopefully I will have time to update it. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
