ExcelAPI 2009.10.29 (Windows)

Based on JExcelAPI by Andrew Khan, ExcelAPI is a Java application that allows user to read, write, create, or modify Excel file. ExcelAPI keeps all the JExcelAPI functions and add Script, XMLXLS, SrcDump functions to enable user can modify/create Excel file by a script file, output xml format as xls file as well as dump Excel spreadsheets in script format. ExcelAPI also changes the library of JExcelAPI to enable the program can handle non-English text information and provides parameter to switch the text code for dump functions.
