Type (or scan) the number of your article you want to bill, the quantity and if required the discount, the rest is automatic. Display the program in two-windows-mode and, from the list of articles, search and select an article to bill it. Archive your documents and resume it later. Type your articles according to your list of articles (it is not mandatory to have them) and\or create generic articles which you can modify\complete at leisure. Stock-Management, semi-automated orders to the suppliers as well as detailed statistics. Use your automatic bills numbering. This program uses the common Excel interface.
