Give Up Girl 1.1 (Mobile)

Give Up Girl has been developed in collaboration with a quit smoking health expert to help women give up smoking. The app will guide you through the quit process. First it analyses your smoking habits and then looks at why you smoke. It also helps you identify when you smoke (smoking triggers) and gives suggestions of what you can do instead of smoking at these 'high risk' times. Once your quit smoking plan has been developed Give Up Girl will then help you quit and keep you motivated to stay quit. Give Up Girl also helps you keep track of all the money you will save once you quit smoking so you can pamper yourself with rewards for not smoking. You could reward yourself with new shoes, a facial or maybe a weekend away!
