Infortel WirelessNOW is the latest addition to ISI's Infortel Select unified communications reporting and management solution. Infortel WirelessNOW adds real-time reporting on wireless communications (calls and text messages) to Infortel Select's existing wireline reporting. Infortel WirelessNOW circumvents conventional wireless billing cycles, which can be in arrears by as many as 60 days, and communicates wireless usage directly from most Smartphones to Infortel Select (ISI's Call Usage Reporting Platform) immediately after your employee makes a call. You can instantly document time spent on wireless communications by assigning the appropriate Client Account, Matter, or Project Codes to these communications or identify Business vs. Personal calls.
