MamboFive app aims to automate the process of the inventory of retailers of MamboFive store which sell military gadgets/memorabilia.Current scenario : Mambofive has several retailers , one of which is ArmyWholesale Inc. When these retailers run out of stock, they manually write down the barcodes of the 'out of stock' products and then login to MamboFive website , type everything in and place the order.The New Automated process with Mambofive iPhone application :- When the retailer sees that the stock of a product on a shelf is low, they launch the MamboFive App on the iphone providing the username and password. They then use "scan a barcode" option from the Dashboard to scan the barcode of the product using the iPhone camera which recognises its EAN code from the Mambofive database. After recognizing the EAN code ,the application gets back the stock availability and pricing of the product from the MamboFive store.- Retailer might do this for several products and add these products to shoppingCart.- The users can also see the orders he is about to place in the shopping cart using the "Shopping Cart" option on the dashboard.- Retailer can place these orders from Shopping Cart to MamboFive store and confirmation is provided whether Orders are Accepted or Rejected.- This application only recognizes the barcodes from the Mambofive Product Database.- There is also an option on the dashboard , "clear login" which clears the username and password entered in the beginning to login into the MamboFive application.- As of now the Barcodes in the Backend are added or read from a XML File.
