Why It WorksThe sanctuary environment at MARL is similar to that of a loving home.Animals receive one-on-one attention from our staff and volunteers.Not only is it enjoyable for our animals to receive so much attention but it allows us to truly get to know each animal.Consequentially, the animals are given time to adjust to the many changes and sometimes difficult pasts that have endured.They can regain their emotional well being through the kindness and constant loving care and attention that they receive at MARL.
