Remember that when travelling abroad to use the international dial code to make it easier for emergency people to contact your Next of Kin."My Allergies" - List the most severe allergies here so that emergency helpers can ensure no conflicts should you require medication."My Medication" - Here you want to list medication you may be taking that could have an adverse effect on you should you be prescribed additional medication during an emergency. Please be sure to list the dosage as well."Medical Conditions" - This is the place to list your most current medical conditions. The treatment you are receiving for it and the medication you are taking.
