If the user decides that: 1.) the mitigation of suffering; 2.) the maximization of the enjoyment of Life; and 3.) personal and environmental health are important and desirable, the application aids the user in keeping track of the days they pledge to go vegetarian in efforts to secure such (a minimum of 45 days is recommended).
