Runners are advised not to train more than 500 miles in a single pair of running shoes.The RunnerShoe Application will help you keep track of how many miles you run and the wear on your shoes. As the mileage increases from 0-500 miles, the display of cumulative miles input will change from Green to Yellow, Orange and finally Red.This simple system alerts you that the time to get a new pair of shoes is approaching.Don't guess how old your shoes are, or, how many miles you have run. Know for sure!Directions:Input the name of your running shoes in plain English. For example: "Noah's Yellow Sneakers" or "My Blue Ones".Next, input the date that you first ran in them. You can input the date in plain English as well.Each time you return from a run, input the number of miles completed in the field provided and tap the "add" button. To subtract mileage, enter a negative number.Reset the miles input when your shoes are replaced with a new pair and start over.Cycle through the page for each individual pair of shoes by swiping your finger across the screen, or touching the page indication dot at the bottom.
