RxInventory is a comprehensive, yet budget-friendly network inventory tool which gathers hardware and software information from your Windows, Linux, Mac and SNMP devices without the need for an agent on the clients. The front-end can be installed on multiple computers, but a web interface is also included.RxInventory equally supports Microsoft SQL, MS-Jet, PostgreSQL, MySQL and Oracle as database backend and keeps a history of all scanned data. Besides numerous predefined reports, there is a flexible query builder and report designer which displays and exports data to PDF, (X)HTML, MHT and CSV. Additionally, all queries can be exposed as SQL-views for direct access from other applications. RxInventory also features a site-aware software license management, displays the switch ports where devices are connected to and allows you to gather your own data by providing a VB like scripting language.
