Scott Walker is the Milwaukee County Executive and candidate for governor of Wisconsin. Scott and his wife Tonette have given $370,000 of Scotts salary back to the taxpayers from 2002 through 2010. Walker approaches his county budget the same way, cutting out waste to do more, with less. Since his election in 2002, Walker has cut the county debt by 10%, reduced the county government workforce by 20%, and introduced eight consecutive budgets without an increase to the property tax levy from the previous year.
