ShutdownXP is a freeware tool to shutdown Windows XP. ShutdownXP includes a timer, the main purpose of ShutdownXP. Imagine you are running a build thread of a software product, but you need to leave for a couple of days, let's say for a meeting half around the globe, and you may want to shutdown your PC afterwards. ShutdownXP is an easy to use solution. Set the time your system shall shutdown, push the shutdown button and leave to whatever you may need to leave. This program is written in Java Swing and runs on every Java supporting, Windows (XP) running machine. ShutdownXP is open source.
