New! SpellBoard Buddy can now generate a word search puzzle from any spelling list. SpellBoard Buddy is a companion product to SpellBoard for the iPad. SpellBoard Buddy allows you to study and take quizzes that were created with the iPad version of SpellBoard and then shared with you (the SpellBoard Buddy). (Please be aware you cannot create quizzes with SpellBoard Buddy.)Quizzes authored on the iPad have been created by people just like you, maybe other students/parents in your class, friends, relatives, the sources are unlimited. Once you obtain and have added a quiz to SpellBoard Buddy (via iTunes File Sharing or one that was emailed to you), you can either study the quiz, take the quiz or even share the quiz with others. A SpellBoard quiz contains spoken words and can contain written and spoken phrases.In study mode, you can walk through a quiz seeing and hearing the word and phrase. You can even get a definition for the word thanks to the Wordnik dictionary. In quiz mode, words and phrases are spoken to you and all you need to do is enter the correct spelling.SpellBoard Buddy like SpellBoard allows for multiple student profiles so you can track the performance of any student across any number of quizzes. You can even track how well multiple students perform against a particular quiz.So even if you don't have an iPad (yet) or are just away from yours, SpellBoard Buddy makes it easy for you to take a SpellBoard quiz where ever you are.
