The Time Out Spots App is the perfect solution for discipline on the go. More than just a timer, the Time Out Spots App allows you to create a profile for each of your children. Profiles include allowing you to upload or take a photo of your child for quick reference when sending them to time out, monitor how many time outs they have had over time, and you may choose a distinct "times up" sound for each child as well. Time Out durations are stored in each child's profile. For example, if your child is 5 years old, you simply enter 5 minutes in the profile and when that child's profile is sent to time out, the timer will automatically start at 5 minutes. You may also "pause" the time out if necessary as well as add time in 30 second or one minute intervals. Recommended Use:Time Out Spots are a discipline technique designed to help discipline children ages 18 months and up. When a behavior problem arises, children should be given one warning. If they do not obey, they should be sent to sit on their "Time Out Spot." When calling a time-out one minute of time out is recommended for each year of the child's age (example: 3 years old/3 minutes).
