'V&N Who Was Who' is a freeware dictionary module for use with the shareware programs: 'Verbs & Nouns' or 'Verbs & Nouns Lookup'. You can download the latest versions of 'Verbs and Nouns' and 'Verbs and Nouns Lookup' directly from VersionTracker.'V&N Who Was Who' is based on the 'Project Gutenberg' version of 'Who Was Who: 5000 B. C. to Date: Biographical Dictionary of the Famous and Those Who Wanted to Be', edited by Irwin L. Gordon. It contains about 540 humorous biographies of famous people ('5000 B. C.' to the beginning of 20-th century). The original PG Etext is included. You can use the module for browsing, looking up words, doing exercises etc. You can also add your own comments or biographies. You can also provide your own sound and pictures if you wish.
