RoboCopy or XXCopy...whatever, I need syntax!? Seems simple, but I can't figure it out...I need a sync program that will overwrite all destination files, copy all new source files to destination...

RoboCopy or XXCopy...whatever, I need syntax!? Seems simple, but I can't figure it out...I need a sync program that will overwrite all destination files, copy all new source files to destination...
