Of course he's crying, who else would have hired him.

I'll bet he cried even more when Yahoo turned down his buy
out offer.

He's such a sensitive human being, a real mensch.

It does kind of bother me to see Ballmer wax nostalgic about how he got to work with the best and
brightest. Microsoft is neither the best nor the brightest at anything. In fairness to him, they are the
biggest, and the two are often confused.

In the clip, I didn't see Bill cry.
But you could expect similar feelings on your 'last day' after so many years. I expect over the years there were a few tears shed by some in the companies he bought & put out of business too, or continued developing for micro$oft.

Ballmer - well I reckon he is an enigma possibly known only to himself. No credibility at all.
