RSA President Art Coviello kicks off the annual security conference in San Francisco by addressing the importance of cloud computing in the next wave of IT. But he says that trust is a big hindrance to cloud-computing adoption and the industry isn't doing enough to improve its security.
Where is Cloud Computing now as far as Security? I see this as just another Service that's next on the list, like WiFi technology?
Sorry if I don't rush out to the cloud at the behest of the government encouraging us to store all our information online... ESPECIALLY when google and NSA are working together now, and the 'BRINdle' is working for Obama? I think until there is a legitimate determination (SCOTUS) test on cloud privacy, anyone should take a pause at storing too much in big brothers...err I mean the cloud.
