Steer clear of these illegal job interview questions

How can a question be illegal? It's just a question. There are no illegal questions in my country at least. If the interviewee don't want to answer it is another thing altogether. I don't see any problem with any questions, I answer those I want to, the others I ignore and ask for the next one.

If You mean STUPID questions then that's completely different. Like the questions they ask you when you go through an airport. Wow, five sequrity people with just fifty IQ points between them....

it's really great to watch and listen to the rules in regard to non legal questions during job seeks.
Here in the UK where you are first a subject of the Queen and then if you are lucky a citizen of the UK, all the non allowed questions state-side are the very one's that if you do not answer them first on a paper form provided by the company you will not even get beyond the front desk!
I quess that is the difference between a country that say's you are free, and a real democracy....republic first, last and always.
