One should add a seperater character, like "|" or "~" between the concatonation elements because JANE DOE and JAN EDOE would appear as duplicates when they are not.
video with the heading "TR Dojo: Three ways to find duplicates in Excel" is not describing about how to find duplicates in Excel, rather it is explaining the "10 IT certifications that earn top dollar". Why the mix up? hope you guys will fix it soon, with other videos as well. Thanks.
