Greg Muzzillo founded both Proforma (1978) and PFG Ventures (1986 started franchising under Proforma; 1994 formed PFG Ventures). Under his guidance, the franchising operations have grown to over 600 owners resulting in the Company being named to the Inc. Magazine 500 list of Fast Growing Companies three times. Vera Muzzillo joined the company in 2001 and brings over 15 years of commercial and investment banking as well as business consulting, lending and credit experience to Proforma.
