2010 Perspective On Business Risk

The global economy has just gone through one of the worst downturns in business history. Both causes of the economic turmoil and solutions for surviving it share a common theme: the need for more effective risk management. Perhaps the two biggest lessons coming out of the credit and financial crisis are the need for companies in all industries to take a broader view of risk and for those at the highest levels of the organizations, particularly the C-suite officers and boards of directors, to be more focused on it.
