Multiquip Inc., a Carson, Calif.-based manufacturer of construction equipment for the rental industry, needed to modernize management of its warehouse inventory. Consultants from UPS audited the company's processes and created a supply chain that takes advantage of contemporary tools and technology. The outlook: increased productivity, 20 percent greater efficiency and more accurate inventory management.
