A Cure for Server Sprawl

DeKalb Medical's challenge was to design and deploy a virtualized server environment that can deliver accelerated application provisioning, improved resource utilization, and decreased downtime while reducing power, cooling, and real estate costs. Dell Infrastructure Consulting Services assessed the medical center's needs and helped design and deploy a virtual server environment using Dell PowerEdge servers and VMware virtualization software.
