The Airports Authority of India (AAI) manages and operates 122 airports, comprising five international airports, 89 domestic, and 28 civil enclaves at military airfields. To achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and its modernisation goals, AAI needs to be able to provide state-of-the-art terminal facilities and passenger services. With business and customer-facing processes being impacted by problems with its network and core applications, the organisation needed to improve its ability to resolve faults and maximise system availability. With CA SPECTRUM and CA eHealth, AAI can centrally manage its entire network infrastructure while CA Wily Introscope provides end-to-end monitoring of Airport Information Management System (AIMS) critical Web-based business applications running at more than 50 airports.
