Acciaierie Venete S.p.A. Implements Flexible and Scalable Infrastructure Software Solution

Acciaierie Venete wanted to streamline and simplify IT management and overcome difficulties integrating a number of applications from different environments. The challenge was to obtain a homogeneous, flexible system that can adapt quickly to changing market conditions and evolving company strategy and open a new plant and integrate its IT environment with that of the company's other facilities. Acciaierie Venete achieved the integration of applications in various systems to centralize management and make it compatible with the central administrative organization as well as used BPEL as an interface engine for integration of logistics management in the payables cycle and production management, obtaining complete management of administration even for complex reception tasks such as arrival of scrap.
