Adaptive Congestion Control Scheme Based on DCCP for Ubiquitous Computing

This paper proposes an adaptive congestion control scheme to control network congestion due to mobility of devices on ubiquitous computing environment. Significantly, this scheme includes a new reverse congestion avoidance phase which can classify packet loss due to bit error or network congestion. Also, it includes a new slow stop phase which can minimize wasted bandwidth due to previous congestion control schemes.
