Adecco Puts IBM Migration Factory to Work on IBM POWER Consolidation Project

Adecco is a global staffing company based in Switzerland, with teams servicing diverse markets in more than 60 countries. The company wanted to help this worldwide staffing company overcome the maintenance and reliability issues of a disparate IT infrastructure. The company consolidated over 50 HP and Sun servers onto IBM Power Systems servers, utilizing IBM Migration Factory to manage the migration of mission-critical data and applications including PeopleSoft and Oracle Business Suite. The company dramatically improved systems performance, helped reduce operational costs, and enabled new levels of scalability and flexibility.
