ADMB Develops High-Performance and Scalable Pay Calculation System With Database Solution

ADMB wanted to implement market-specific database and development technology that is scalable for future upgrades and provide tools necessary to evolve effectively and efficiently with e-government requirements. The challenge was to make applications available across the entire network - to all divisions of the organization and develop a flexible pay calculation package tailored to Belgium's complex social legislation. ADMB worked with Oracle Partner Kamodata to develop a complete system for calculating pay, based on Oracle technology that meets all of the government's stringent requirements for e-government and integrated ADMB's existing solutions seamlessly into the Oracle solution to better adapt the application for the Dutch Human Resource Management Organization & Registration (HORA) to the organization's specific needs.
