Inside2Outside is a manufacturer of outdoor canopies, and it specializes in the education sector. With these canopies children are able to play and learn outside without worrying about sunburns or wet weathers. The company has engaged technology services of another supplier for its IT solution. While the solution was capable of meeting needs of Inside2Ouside, the performance was not up to expectations. Therefore, Concentrix was brought in instead of the original supplier. One of the major concerns Inside2Outside faced was the duplication of effort within the system. For each customer, the solution maintained multiple records. Not only that, each of the pieces of information was recorded differently. This led to inefficiencies within the company and increased the chances of error. This directly resulted in faulty reporting problems. All of these issues combined together to cause serious concern to the canopy maker because of the numerous associated problems. Along with Concentrix, the company employed Sage 200 that allowed Inside2Outside to be able to cut down the duplication of data that was occurring. This was done with a single, centralized system. Sage 200 was also able to provide the staff of Inside2Ouside with a complete overview of customers. This allowed the company to improve its efficiency and effectiveness. This led to direct improvement in profitability for the company.
