Launched in 2002, the Keller Williams University Web site originally delivered course materials. The company later added live, instructor-led training and other content and in 2005 decided to evolve its model to provide agents with direct access to on-demand video classes through a new section of its site called KW Connect. Keller Williams University deployed Akamai Media Delivery for their solution. Now the instructor-led courses are supported by high-quality videos that agents can access any time of the day or night, from anywhere in the world.
