Alexander Mann Solutions: Going Beyond Recruitment in the HR Media

Alexander Mann Solutions works with blue-chip companies worldwide to help them recruit, retain, and release their people efficiently and effectively. Alexander Mann Solutions was one of the country's first RPO providers, and when Aspectus was appointed, RPO was a relatively unknown concept. The recruitment and HR media considered it to be merely repackaging basic recruitment agency functions. Aspectus' task was not just to position Alexander Mann as a leader in its field, but to raise awareness of that field in the first place. In order to educate the media on the differences between RPO and a recruitment agency, Aspectus worked with its key clients to create a series of case studies that illustrated Alexander Mann's business, and demonstrated the benefits.
