The results of this study indicates that the surveyed CEOs in both countries agree that the suggested strategic model (determining the firm's vision, exploiting and maintaining core competencies, developing human capital, sustaining an effective organizational culture, emphasizing ethical practice, and establishing balanced organizational controls) plays a substantial role in achieving and maintaining global competitiveness.
