An Analysis of Various Models for Wireless Cities

As "Wireless Cities" are booming in the world, a wide variety of business models are deployed. From a government's perspective, this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of different models and derives a model that is most suitable for developing countries, especially China, by combining the advantages of all current models while avoids their disadvantages.
