It provides general information and perceptive of the conversion process and JDataPanel Framework as a basis for this solution. A general methodology talked about in this paper can be applied to the application conversion projects making use of the JDataPanel Framework. The solution discussed here is Rally 4G designed for rapid application development that was build for vertical application development of various organizations. This tool allowed development of applications in the Open VMS environment for text-based systems. It helped many organizations for building mission critical systems.
