Avaya Case Study: Royal Star and Garter

The Royal Star and Garter charity has provided an outstanding quality of nursing and therapeutic care to disabled ex-servicemen. The Royal Star and Garter Homes charity needed a telephony system for its new Home located in Solihull in the West Midlands. This new facility would house up to 60 residents as well as various care facilities and other on-site services. They chose Avaya. Pinnacle installed an Avaya IP Office 500 with ISDN lines and SIP trunks alongside BT lines and Dual-system set-up with one telephone network for use by residents and a second for use by the Home's administration staff. The Avaya Office IP500 offered the charity exactly the right combination of simplicity of operation and good all-round functionality that it was seeking.
