Behavior of Bluetooth Bridging Nodes Within an Adaptive Service Providing Environment
Source: Technische Universität München
In order to demonstrate the authors' research results on managing wireless networks that are used to provide mobile services with a large spectrum of application, they developed the BlueSpot system. This system can be easily used to investigate various open questions concerning wireless networks. Here, they present results that became apparent during their investigations on Bluetooth Scatternets with the aid of the system. The authors demonstrate the differences of master-slave and slave-slave bridged networks and explain their diverging behavior.
