Founded in 1961, EDCO is located in the Springfield, MO. EDCO had no more rack space for servers supporting document conversion operations, and it needed more processing power to run CPU-intensive utilities. The company consolidated rack-mount servers onto Dell PowerEdge blade servers with Dell/EMC disk storage arrays to provide disaster recovery capabilities.
