BPM guide: Three steps to take project to programme

Companies are moving beyond business process management (BPM) projects and this IBM white paper explains requirements and examples of how to expand them into larger-scale BPM programmes. BPM projects can be expanded to repeat and replicate their process improvement successes that span a wider range of the business. BPM programmes bring with them new requirements to enable scalability well beyond the normal requirements of a typical BPM project.
