As part of a flexible Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) strategy for my.bt.com, BT deployed Oracle WebCenter Interaction, part of Oracle WebCenter Suite, to provide a valuable layer of infrastructure software for more effectively connecting back-end systems with users, harnessing the true potential of both 18,000 BT staff and existing IT investments.
