BT HP Alliance Introduce New Bank Teller System for National Australia Group Europe

National Australia Group (NAG) offers a wide range of financial products and services to 8.4 million banking customers and 2.3 million wealth management customers. NAG wanted to raise customer service levels, comply with regulations, improve IT management and reduce costs, National Australia Group Europe (NAGE) needed to implement a new and improved teller system at 400 Yorkshire and Clydesdale Bank branches. NAGE engaged the BT HP Alliance with BT responsible for upgrading network routers, physical wide area network platform and for billing. HP was responsible for warehousing, logistics and installation of 2,400 Teller PCs and associated specialist Teller peripherals.
