A business does not run itself. Rather, every successful business plan speaks at length about the qualifications of the management team which will move the company forward. Generally, the founder of the company envisions him or herself taking a primary role on this team, but this is not always the case. Often additional partners or employees join the management team to fill out its overall qualifications.
