Caja Popular Mexicana wanted to automate and integrate the financial company's administrative procedures in Human Resources (HR) and payroll to improve operating efficiency to ensure uninterrupted financial services to cooperative members and create a robust, reliable database to unify, update, and administer HR information for timely decision-making. The challenge was to accelerate the time required for HR procedures, such as recruiting, hiring, and firing of employees to optimize labor productivity and reduce operating costs. Caja Popular Mexicana worked with Oracle Partner Quanam to implement Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management applications, automating all HR administrative procedures to ensure cooperative can deliver its financial services with proper staffing.
