Chick-fil-A wanted to expose custom-entitlements management solution through an LDAP standard interface and enable franchise operators to manage team members by building a framework able to handle identity information of approximately 60,000 team members. The challenge was to implement scalable and easy-to-use access/identity management system to meet the needs of a rapidly growing user base. Chick-fil-A implemented Oracle Identify Management to position Chick-fil-A to secure, authenticate, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of more than 60,000 user identities across all enterprise resources as well as used Oracle Identity Management, Oracle Database, and Oracle Human Resources to create a centralized user repository, providing a single, more efficient, and more manageable source of enterprise-wide identity.
